Objective:To know the situation of information demand and security of ovarian cancer patients,and analyze the correlation between them to provide reference basis for clinical nurses developing targeted psychological care.Methods:380 patients with ovarian cancer was investigated by using cancer patient information selection questionnaire and security scale.Results:The average score of patients' information demand was (2.61±0.49),and the higher scores were the treatment and prognosis.Age,degree of culture,number of admission and working condition of the general demographic data were the main factors that influence the information demand of ovarian cancer patients.The total average score of sense of security in ovarian cancer patients was (2.18-±0.41),and the patient's information demand and sense of security were significantly negatively correlated.Conclusion:According to the investigation results and influencing factors analysis,relevant treatment information should be provided to patients with ovarian cancer to meet their psychological demands and improve their sense of security.%目的:了解卵巢癌患者信息需求与安全感现状,并分析二者之间的相关性,为临床医护人员开展有针对性的心理护理工作提供参考.方法:对380例卵巢癌患者进行癌症患者信息选择问卷和安全感量表调查.结果:患者信息需求的均分为(2.61±0.49),得分较高的维度是关于治疗和预后.年龄、文化程度、入院次数、工作状况是影响卵巢癌患者信息需求的主要因素.卵巢癌患者安全感总均分(2.18±0.41),患者信息需求与安全感呈显著负相关.结论:应有针对性地为卵巢癌患者提供相关诊疗信息,满足患者心理需求,提高患者的安全感.
