目的:调查武汉市家长对儿童安全用药知识和药物不良反应的认知状况,为医药服务人员开展儿童家长安全用药教育提供参考.方法:2016年6月-2017年6月,对武汉市4所幼儿园的1030名3-7岁儿童的家长进行安全用药问卷调查.结果:在儿童用药前,80.50％的家长会经常阅读药品说明书,文化程度越高的家长,阅读说明书的比例越高(P＜0.05);4.70％的家长曾给自己的儿童使用成人药;20.53％的家长曾给自己的孩子国外购买过药品;37.38％的家长更愿意通过网络接受用药教育;92.66％的家长愿意了解儿童不良反应的相关知识,但对不良反应定义的正确知晓率仅为50.57％;家长文化程度越高对不良反应的正确理解程度越高(P＜0.05).结论:医药服务工作者应当围绕家长的需求,有针对性地开展儿童安全用药知识教育;药品生产企业仍需加大儿童药品的研发力度,政府部门应当鼓励民众主动参与药品不良事件的信息上报,从而共同保障儿童用药的安全.%Objective:To investigate the awareness of parents in Wuhan on the knowledge of children's safe medication and adverse drug reaction,and understand the status and characteristics of parents' cognitive behavior on safe medication,and provide reference for medical service personnel to carry out safe medication education to children's parents.Methods:1030 parents from four kindergartens in Wuhan city were carried out safe medication questionnaire from June 2016 to June 2017.The questionnaire included the investigation of parent medication behavior,the investigation of parents demanding on using drug to children,the cognitive investigation of parents to adverse drug reactions in children.Results:In this questionnaire,80.50％ of parents regularly read the drug instruction,and the more literate the parent,the higher the proportion of reading instructions (P＜0.01).4.70％ of parents used adult medicine for children;20.53％ of parents have bought drugs for their children oversea;37.38％ of parents preferred to take education on children safety medication by Internet;92.66％ of parents were willing to know the relevant knowledge of children 's adverse drug reactions (ADR),but the correct knowledge of ADR was only 50.57％.The more literate the parent,the higher the correct understanding of ADR (P＜0.01).Canclusion:Medicine service should focus on the needs of parents to carry out the children's safe drug education.Drug manufacturers still need to make great efforts on the development of children's medicines.Government should encourage the public to take the initiative to participate in reporting ADR information.
