中国人口老龄化与疾病的经济负担

摘要

Due to the large number of base population and the huge absolute number of elderly people ,population ageing is a problem that China is confronting in the process of its social development .It needs of the entire society to take an active coping strategy .In this paper ,data of the National Health and Family Planning Services Survey in China and Tabulation on the National Health Statistics Yearbook were analyzed to indicate diseases economic burden of population ageing in China by measurement of the prevalence and death of elderly people .The results showed that with the increase of ageing population ,the number of disease risk groups and disability risk groups had grown as well as their increasing disease economic burden . The authors proposed to advocate a positive concept of ageing , promote long‐term care , improve mechanisms and the development of ageing industry in order to adapt to the ageing society .%中国人口基数大，老年人口绝对数量多，人口老龄化是中国社会发展必须要面对的问题，需要整个社会采取积极的应对策略。利用中国卫生服务调查、中国卫生和计划生育统计年鉴等资料，对我国老年人口患病情况、死亡情况进行分析并综合测算中国人口老龄化带来的疾病经济负担。结果表明，随着我国老年人口数量增加，疾病风险群体数量越来越大了，疾病经济负担也随之增长，需要推广积极的老龄化理念、推行长期照顾帮助、完善相关机制、发展养老产业以适应老龄化社会的到来。
