论中世纪西欧医学对身体意识的救赎

摘要

The spiritual body and the body of flesh and blood in Christian aesthetics were destined to become unresolvable contradictions in the physical ideology of medicine in Medieval Western Europe.Basic feature of the monastery medicine was religious.The minister'work was spiritually oriented rather than research of the body.Modern medicine neglects the meaning of the existence of man in the secularizing of the body.The body of medicine in Medieval Western Europe that may be filled with many dimensions such as sacred,integrity,individuality,and so on.These need to be restudied in order to find some guide for modern medical construction of humanistic medical model.%基督教哲学中属灵之体与血肉之身的身体意象在中世纪西欧医学的身体认知中注定会成为无法化解的矛盾.教会医学的宗教性使牧师对心灵的抚慰甚于对身体的研究.教外医学与宗教在争夺身体话语权的过程中,使医学对身体的认知走上了科学的道路.现代医学在将身体“去神圣化”的过程中,人作为意义的存在物同时也被医学所遗忘.研究中世纪西欧医学身体意识所蕴含的多个维度:神性、整体性、个体性、在世性,对于当下构建具有人文精神的医学模式具有一定的启示.
