及时排除诱因避免学生猝死--对31例学生猝死案例的法医病理学分析

摘要

In this paper, 31 cases of students sudden death autopsied in Sichuan Huada Judicial Authentication Center from 2006 to 2012 were retrospectively analyzed for the cause of death and inducing factors. The results reveal that "there are more male cases of sudden death than female ones; cardiovascular system disease is the leading causes of sudden death;about half of the students' sudden death has obvious causes, of which sports is the main cause".Accordingly, some preventive measures are put forward, which is of some significance to avoid students' sudden death by eliminating inducing factors timely.%本文对2006~2012年在四川华大司法鉴定所进行尸体解剖的31例学生猝死案例进行回顾性研究分析，探讨学生猝死法医学尸检案例的死亡原因、诱发因素，得出了“学生猝死男生多于女生，心血管系统疾病为猝死的主要病因，约半数猝死学生存在明显诱因，运动是学生猝死的主要诱因”的结论，并据此提出了相应的预防措施，对及时排除诱因、避免学生猝死有一定意义。
