目的：就低蛋白血症对老年慢性阻塞性肺气肿伴发急性呼吸衰竭患者预后的影响展开分析。方法选择2012年3月-2013年1月前来我院治疗的老年慢性阻塞性肺气肿伴发急性呼吸衰竭患者80例为研究对象，于患者入院24h内分析各项生理指标。结果存活组指标优于死亡组，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论低蛋白血症对老年慢性阻塞性肺气肿伴发急性呼吸衰竭患者预后的影响较大，日后应深入研究，促进医疗技术发展。%Objective On hypoalbuminemia in patients with chronic obstructive emphysema with influence on prognosis in patients with acute respiratory failure analysis. Methods In 2012 March-2013 year in January came to the hospital treatment of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema associated with patients with acute respiratory failure in 80 cases as the object of study, the patients in the hospital 24h analysis of various physiological indexes. Results the stock index is better than the group of death group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Hypoalbuminemia in patients with chronic obstructive emphysema with influence on prognosis in patients with acute respiratory failure should be larger, future research, promote the development of medical science and technology.
