Objective To explore the clinical effect of montelukast combined propionic acid fluoride fluticasone pro-pionate in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma complicated with allergic rhinitis. Methods According to the objective,95 children with bronchial asthma with allergic rhinitis were divided into control group ( n=45) and combination group (n=50).The control group was only treated with fluticasone propionate nasal spray,the combination group was given fluticasone propionate nasal spray with oral treatment of montelukast.The clinical efficacy,the incidence of adverse reactions and the use ofβ2 receptor agonists in the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the control group and the combination group were 77.8% and 90.0% respectively.Compared with the control group,the clinical total effective rate was significantly higher in the combination group (P<0.05);the adverse reactions in the two groups were not signifi-cantly different (P>0.05),the number of the test group was significantly decreased (P<0.05). Conclusion The treat-ment with montelukast on the basis of inhalation of fluticasone propionate nasal spray for children bronchial asthma com-bined with allergic rhinitis has a better therapeutic effect than that of using inhalation of fluticasone propionate nasal spray alone,which had a less adverse reaction and reduced times of inhaled β2 receptor agonist.%目的：探讨孟鲁司特联合丙酸氟替卡松治疗儿童支气管哮喘合并变应性鼻炎的临床效果。方法回顾性分析我院呼吸门急诊确证的95例儿童支气管哮喘合并变应性鼻炎患者，按照研究目的分为单用药组(45例)和联合用药组(50例)。单用药组仅给予丙酸氟替卡松喷鼻治疗，联合用药组在给予丙酸氟替卡松喷鼻基础上联合孟鲁司特口服治疗。比较两组治疗后的临床疗效、不良反应的发生率及β2受体激动剂的使用次数。结果单用药组和联合用药组的临床疗效总有效率分别是77.8％和90.0％。与单用药组比，联合用药组临床总有效率显著升高( P<0.05)；两组不良反应无明显差异( P>0.05)，联合用药组吸入β2受体激动剂的次数显著降低( P<0.05)。结论在吸入丙酸氟替卡松鼻喷雾剂的基础上联用孟鲁司特较单用丙酸氟替卡松对哮喘合并变应性鼻炎有良好的治疗效果，不良反应少，且能降低吸入β2受体激动剂的次数，可在临床推荐使用。
