置换疗法在小儿慢性鼻窦炎中的应用

摘要

Objective To study the effects of replacement therapy in children with chronic sinusitis. Methods Six⁃ty-nine children with chronic sinusitis were recruited and divided into two groups. The patients in the observation group were treated with replacement therapy from March 2012 to May 2014, and the control group Children with conventional drug therapy to observe the results of treatment. Results The total effective rate was 94.29% in the experimental group( P<0.05) , which was higher than that of control group. Conclusion Replacement therapy is an important method for the treatment of chronic sinusitis in children.%目的：探讨置换疗法在治疗小儿慢性鼻窦炎中的疗效。方法收取坪山新区人民医院69例慢性鼻窦炎患儿，并将慢性鼻窦炎患儿分为2组，收取时间为2012年3月至2014年5月，观察组患儿采用置换疗法治疗，对照组患儿采用常规药物治疗，观察其治疗结果。结果观察组鼻窦炎患儿的总有效率94�29％高于对照组（ P＜0�05）。结论置换疗法是治疗小儿慢性鼻窦炎的重要方法。
