前循环与后循环进展性缺血性卒中相关因素的差异性分析

摘要

At present,in progressive ischemic stroke etiology,mechanism is not yet very clear,and the treatment of it has difficulties. Progressive ischemic stroke has higher rate of the morbidity and mortality than generally cerebral infarction,which affecting the prognosis of stroke patients. At home and abroad,related fac-tors of the anterior circulation of progressive stroke has been studied more, while the research of the posterior circulation has gradually deepened. As a result,literatures on stroke in progression,and analysis on the differ-ence of anterior and posterior circulation of progress ischemic stroke related factors were summarized.%目前对进展性卒中的病因、机制研究尚不是十分清楚,其发生率国内外报道不尽相同,致残率和致死率也较一般的脑梗死高,是影响脑卒中患者预后的重要因素之一,也是脑血管病的治疗难点.现国内外对前循环进展性卒中的相关因素研究较多,相关病因也在不断明确中,对后循环的研究也在逐步加深.现就国内外对进展性卒中研究的文献整理分析,对前循环与后循环进展性缺血性卒中相关因素的差异性进行分析.
