分子生物学技术在近年广泛应用于病原菌的快速鉴定,使临床感染性疾病的诊断水平得到很大的提高.常见的技术为基于基因组学和基于蛋白质组学的检测技术,分别根据病原菌基因组序列的保守区和可变区以及蛋白质的特异性来鉴定微生物.各种检测技术在临床应用中各有优缺点,在此将对常用检测技术予以简要综述.%In recent years, molecular biology technology is widely used in identifying bacteria rapidly,which has brought great improvement in clinical infectious disease diagnosis. According to the current domestic and foreign development trends, common technologies can be divided into genomics technologies based on the conserved region and variable region of genome sequence, and proteomics technologies based on the protein specificity. Various technologies in clinical applications have own advantages and disadvantages. Here is to briefly review these common testing technologies.
