目的 观察腰大池置管持续引流联合鞘内注药对结核性脑膜炎(TBM)患者的疗效.方法 89例TBM患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上采用腰大池置管持续引流联合鞘内注药,2个月后对两组疗效进行比较分析.结果 治疗组的临床表现、体征减轻的平均时间明显短于对照组(P＜0.05);治疗组在改善脑脊液检查指标方面均优于对照组(P＜0.05);治疗组总有效率为100%,对照组总有效率为88.4%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 腰大池置管持续引流联合鞘内注药治疗TBM疗效显著,可以明显提高治愈率.%Objective To observe the efficacy of continuous lumbar cistern tube drainage combined with intrathecal injection to treat tuberculous meningitis.Methods 89 cases of tuberculous meningitis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, the control group adopted conventional therapy, the treatment group adopted additional continuous lumbar cistern tube drainage combined with intrathecal injection.The effective rates of both groups were compared after two month.Results The clinical manifestation and average time of sign improvement of the treatment group was shorter than the control group( P ＜0.05 ).The improvement of cerebrospinal fluid examination of treatment group was better than that in control group( P ＜ 0.05 ).The effective rate was 100.0％ in the treatment group, the effective rate was only 88.4％ in the control group, the difference had statistical significance( P ＜ 0.01 ).Conclusion Continuous Lumbar cistern tube drainage combined with intrathecal injection therapy has marked curative effect in curing tuberculous meningitis, can significantly improve the cure rate.
