他汀类药物是经典和高效的降脂药物,能通过降低胆固醇达到保护肾脏的目的.近年来,愈来愈多的研究表明,他汀类药物具有不依赖降脂的肾脏保护作用(多效性),这种多效性作用主要体现在促进肾脏微血管再生、改善血管内皮功能、抑制炎性反应和延缓肾脏纤维化等方面.了解他汀类药物这些肾脏保护作用及其相关机制,将为肾脏病的预防和治疗提供可靠的临床依据.%Statins are a group of typical and high-efficiency hypolipidemic agents that protect kidneys mainly through reducing serum cholesterol. An increasing number of studies show that statins have multiple renoprotective effects independent of hypolipidemic effects. Such effects manifest as enhancement of renal microvessels, improvement of vascular endothelial function,inhibition of inflammatory response, and delay of renal fibrosis. The understanding of statins renal protection and underlying mechanisms of action is clinically significant for the prevention and treatment of kidney diseases.
