鼻窦内镜手术中减少术中出血的策略分析

Treatment of bleeding during endoscopic sinus surger is a serious issue, because serious bleeding may blur the anatomic marker, extend the operation time and increase the complication risk. When operation in a a vague surgical field of unclear anatomy,the risk of serious surgery injury and air residue increases. Reducing hemorrhage during endoscopic sinus surgery is very important to keep a clear operative filed, to facilitate the surgical operation and to shorten the surgical time. Here is to make a brief review on the perioperative treatment of endoscopic sinus, anesthesia selection, the selection of instrument, and surgery skills, to explore ways in reducing hemorrhage during endoscopic sinus surgery, so as to improve curative effects and reduce complications.%鼻窦内镜手术中出血的处理是个重要问题.严重的出血会使解剖标志难以辨认,延长手术时间,增加手术并发症风险.术者在解剖不清、模糊的术野中操作,产生严重的手术损伤和气房残留的风险增高.减少鼻窦内镜术中出血对保持术腔术野清晰、方便手术操作、缩短手术时间十分重要.现通过复习相关文献,就鼻窦内镜围术期治疗、麻醉选择、手术器械选择、手术技巧等进行综述,探讨减少鼻窦内镜术中出血的策略,以期提高手术疗效,减少手术并发症.
