摘要

铜绿假单胞菌(PA)是医院内感染及获得性感染的最常见革兰阴性条件致病菌之一.广谱抗生素的大量应用致其耐药情况日趋严重,特别是多重耐药及泛耐药株的出现,成为临床上治疗最棘手的问题.PA的耐药机制极为复杂,主要包括外膜蛋白的缺失或突变;主动外排机制;产生β内酰胺酶和氨基糖苷类修饰酶;青霉素结合蛋白和DNA拓扑异构酶的改变;生物被膜的形成等.%Pseudomonas aeruinosa (PA).has become one of the main gram- negative organisms responsi ble for hospital infectoins and obtained infections.owing widespread uses of broad-spectum antibiotic,the drug-resistant of PA. has become mone serious,especially that the multi-durg resistant(MDR )and pan-drug resistant(PDR) of PA increasing has become one of most intractable problems in clinical.Mechanisms of antimicrobial resistance are complex,including lack or mutation of outer membrane protein,active efflux pumps,prodution of ?lactamases and aminoglycoside modifying enzymes,altered penicillin-1binding proteins and DNA. topoisomerase and biofilms forming.
