铜绿假单胞菌耐药机制研究进展

摘要

铜绿假单胞菌作为重要的条件致病菌,在人体内分布广泛,是引起医院感染的主要病原菌之一.铜绿假单胞菌对临床常用抗菌药物,如碳青霉烯类、氨基糖苷类及喹诺酮类等有较强耐药性,给临床治疗带来困难.本文综述铜绿假单胞菌对以上三类抗菌药物的主要耐药机制,为临床合理选择抗菌药物提供参考,以达到降低细菌耐药性的目的.%Pseudomonas aeruginosa widely distributes in the human skin,intestine,respiratory tract.It is an important pathogenic bacteria and one of the main pathogenic bacteria causing the hospital infectio.Currently,pseudomonas aeruginosa has strong resistance to the clinical use of antimicrobial agents,such as carbapenems,aminoglycoside,and quinolones,which can make clinical treatment difficult.This review summarizes the main resistance mechanisms of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to the above three kinds of antimicrobial agents,so as to provide some references for clinical rational selection of antibacterial agents and reduce the resistance of bacteria.
