不同剂量阿托伐他汀对冠状动脉介入治疗患者的疗效评价

摘要

Percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI )is performed worldwide daily for the symptomatic treatment of patients with coronary arteriosclerotic heart disease( CAHD ). However, the occurrence and development of arteriosclerosis is closely related to the dyslipidemia. It is found that statins ior CAHD before and alter PCI has an important position. Here is to compare the efficacies of different doses of atovastatin,and elaborate their application safety issues.%经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)是目前治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(CAHD)的常见方法.而血脂异常与动脉粥样硬化的发生、发展密切相关,因此他汀类药物在CAHD患者支架植入术前、术后的应用具有重要的地位.现就不同剂量阿托伐他汀对PCI患者的疗效进行比较,并对其应用的安全性问题进行阐述.
