自然杀伤细胞分子生物学特征及体外扩增技术研究进展

     

摘要

Natural killer(NK ) cells are the important innate immune cells capable oi recognizing and destroying viraily infected and neoplastic cells,and is not restricted by the target cell's expression oi major histocompatibility complex( MHC )molecules, which are also the essential effector cells in adoptive immunotheriapy against cancer. To investigate the mechanism oi NK cell molecular biology and development,the generation oi NK cells oi high cell numbers, high purity and functionality promises a major breakthrough in NK cell-based immunotheiapy. Here is to make a review on the progress oi NK cell molecular biology and expansion in vitro.%自然杀伤(NK)细胞是抗病毒及肿瘤的固有免疫细胞,识别靶细胞无主要组织相容性复合体分子限制性,是肿瘤免疫过继治疗的重要效应细胞.研究其分子细胞生物学特征和发育进程,并在体外扩增获得大量的高纯度NK细胞则是开展NK细胞临床免疫治疗的前提.现就NK细胞分子生物学特征及体外扩增研究进展进行综述.
