尽管多种无创性冠状动脉影像诊断方法以及冠状动脉造影已经成为现代冠心病诊疗的重要手段,但是在决定冠状动脉临界病变程度、是否需要进行介入治疗以及早期识别易损斑块和准确评价支架植入即刻和远期效果方面仍然存在很多困难和争议.血管内超声可分析动脉粥样硬化斑块类型、性质及其狭窄程度并能指导临床治疗.现就冠状动脉临界病变的影像诊断进展予以综述,以有助于危险评估,治疗决策,最终促进介入治疗的合理应用.%Though several kinds of noninvasive cardiovascular imaging techniques and coronary angiogra-phy have hecome major methods in the diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease, there are still a lot of difficulties and disputes on assessing the critical coronary lesion severity, the necessity of interventional treatment, the early identification of vulnerable plaques and the evaluation of the instant and long-tenn effects of revascularization. The intravascular ultrasound can he used in analyzing the characteristics of the atherosclerotic plaques and severity of stenosis and guiding the clinical treatment. Here is to make a review on the progress in the diagnosis of critical coronary lesion using intravascular ultrasound to contribute to the risk assessment, treatment decision making and promotion of the reasonable application of interventional therapies.
