可吸收钉在多发肋骨骨折治疗进展中的应用

Chest trauma is often associated with rib fractures,and multiple rib fractures affect the respiratory function of the patient,since pain and abnormal breathing may lead to respiratory dysfunction,or even death in severe cases.Absorbable rib nails has become an effective treatment of multiple rib fractures in recent years,with the advantages of good histocompatibility,self-absorption and degradation,without the need for secondary surgery for removal,simple operation,small wounds,and short healing time,etc..Absorbable ribs nail as the treatment of rib fractures in the clinical application has been accepted by many patients,which has great value in the future treatment.%胸部外伤多伴有肋骨骨折出现,多发的肋骨骨折对患者的呼吸功能影响较大,疼痛及反常呼吸可导致呼吸功能障碍,严重者可致患者死亡.近年来,可吸收肋骨钉是治疗多发性肋骨骨折的一种较为有效的方法,可吸收肋骨钉具有组织相容性好、可自行降解吸收、无需二次手术取出、手术操作简单、创伤小、愈合时间短等优点.在临床上应用吸收肋骨钉治疗肋骨骨折已被众多患者所接受,在今后的治疗中有重要的应用价值.
