α-突触核蛋白在神经细胞损害中的作用

         

摘要

α-突触核蛋白(α-syn)在脊椎动物脑组织中广泛表达,与神经变性疾病、脑损伤、酒精和毒品依赖以及成瘾神经细胞损害等关系密切.对α-syn 的基因定位、结构特点、表达与分布、生理功能、毒性作用、异常聚集及其与神经变性疾病、脑损伤、酒精和毒品依赖与成瘾神经细胞损害的关系进行总结分析,有利于阐明神经细胞变性疾病、脑损伤以及酒精和毒品依赖与成瘾神经细胞损害的发生、发展机制,并为医疗干预提供理论基础.%The a-synuclein widely expresses in vertebrate brain tissue. It is involved in the mechanism of neurodegenerative disease, brain injury, and alcohol and drug dependency and addiction. Now the advances of a-synuclein is reviewed about the gene locus, structure features, distribution, physiological function, toxic effect, abnormal-aggregation and the relationship between a-synuclein and neurodegenerative disease, brain injury, alcohol and drug dependency and addiction. It will be in favor of elucidating the mechanism of a-synuclein in nerve cell damage of neurodegenerative disease,brain injury,and alcohol and drug dependency and addiction. Moreover,it may provide theoretical basis for medical intervention.
