糖尿病肾病氧化应激相关观察指标的研究进展

摘要

糖尿病肾病(DN)是糖尿病的严重并发症之一.体内体外实验证实,糖尿病患者高血糖情况下机体存在明显的氧化应激反应增强,其中产生过多的活性氧簇在糖尿病及DN的发生、发展中起关键作用.目前抗氧化应激以及减少活性氧簇成为治疗DN的研究热点,而对氧化应激相关指标的观察有利于更客观地了解及评估氧化应激损伤水平.回顾近年来对DN氧化应激相关观察指标的相关研究,有助于进一步深入开展此领域内的基础或临床研究.%Diabetic nephrology(DN ) is one of the serious complications of diabetes.More and more in vivo or in vitro experiments show that obviously enhanced oxidative stress exists under high blood sugar state,while the overmuch reactive oxygen species( ROS )produced by oxidative stress plays a very important role on diabetic and DN.At present, antioxidant stress and reducing ROS are hot in treating DN,while the observation of oxidative stress' relevant indexes will give us a more objective understanding and assessment on the damage level of oxidative stress.Here is to make a review on the research development of DN oxidative stress' relevant observation index, so as to help the further basic or clinical study in the field.
