不同单孔腹腔镜手术通道套管在泌尿外科中的应用

To finish a surgery with the smallest possible trauma and the more cosmetic incision is every surgeon's wish, so the laparoendoscopic single-site surgery(LESS ) emerged as the times require. LESS is the natural development of the result of minimally invasive surgery. In recent years,the continuous improvement of the laparoscopic equipment makes the applications of LESS increase rapidly, and how to place the single-channel port through a single incision is the key of the success of the surgeiy.%以尽可能小的创伤和尽可能美观的切口完成手术是每位外科医师及患者的愿望,因此单孔腹腔镜手术(LESS)应运而生,LESS是微创外科手术学自然发展的结果.近年来对腹腔镜器械的不断改进使得LESS的应用迅速增加,而如何通过单一切口将单孔通道套管安全有效地置入腹腔镜器械是手术成功的基础.
