微小核糖核酸在甲状腺癌发展中的作用

     

摘要

MieroRINAs( miRNAs ) are endogenous noncoding RN As that negatively regulate gene expression by binding the noncoding region of the messenger UNA targets inducing their cleavage or blocking the protein translation. They play important roles in multiple biological and metabolic processes, including developmental timing, signal transduction, cell maintenance and differentiation. Their deregulation can predispose to thyroid diseases and cancer. MiRNA expression has been demonstrated to be deregulated in many types of human tumors, including thyroid cancers,and could be responsible for tumor initiation and progression. Here is to make a review on the available data on miRNA deregulation in different thyroid tumors and describe the putative role of miRNA in thyroid cancer development.%微小核糖核酸(miRNA)是一类非编码RNAs,通过与mRNA非编码的靶区域结合对靶基因的表达进行负性调节,包括分解mRNA或者阻断蛋白质翻译.它们在复杂的生物和代谢过程中起着重要的作用,包括发育周期、信号转导及细胞维持和分化.此外,miRNA的负性调节可以增强甲状腺疾病和甲状腺癌的易患性.miRNA的表达与许多类型的人类肿瘤的负性调节相关,包括甲状腺癌,并且与肿瘤的发生、发展息息相关.现总结miRNA对不同甲状腺癌负性调节的现有文献资料,阐述miRNA在甲状腺癌发展中的作用.
