碎裂QRS波群变化对心肌梗死诊治价值的研究进展

摘要

Fragmented QRS(fQRS) wave has been recently advanced,which is an important index of electrocardiography . It has a simply and widely-used character. Fragmented QRS wave and mostly occurres in the patients with coronary heart disease,especially in acute myocardial infarction( AMI) . In recent years, it has been observed that when fQRS occurred or resoluted or dynamicly changed,which has a some value for the diagnosis of AMI. Meanwhile,it has a positive value for detecting myocardial perfusion degrees,and eval-uating the effect of primary percutaneous coronary intervention,and predicting degrees of culprit lesions in coronary heart disease. Besides,it has a obvious significance for appraising the risk of recurrent cardiac events and assessing prognosis in patients with AMI.%碎裂QRS波( fQRS 波)是近年来提出的一项心电学指标，具有简单、用途广泛等特点。fQRS波常见于冠状动脉硬化性心脏病患者，尤其是急性心肌梗死( AMI)患者。 fQRS波出现和消失及动态变化对AMI的诊断、心肌灌注情况判断、直接介入治疗效果的判断、冠状动脉病变程度的预测、风险评估和预后判断等都有一定价值。
