肿瘤干细胞与肝癌关系的相关研究进展

摘要

肿瘤干细胞学说对肿瘤起源的传统理论提出了质疑，并已获得较多的证据支持，正逐渐被人们所接受。肿瘤干细胞学说为恶性肿瘤的基础研究及临床治疗指明了一个新的方向。原发性肝癌在我国的发病率较高，且呈上升趋势。近年来研究发现，肝癌细胞中存在着一群具有特异性的肿瘤细胞，称为肝癌干细胞，其发现促使人们对原有的关于肝癌形成、发展及治疗理论进行重新审视。该文试从干细胞的概念、肿瘤干细胞学说的形成及其生物学特性、肝癌干细胞的来源及表面标志物的研究进展等方面作一综述。%Tumor stem cell theory has challenged the traditional theory of tumor origin and has got quite a few evidences,the new theory has been accepted gradually by people. Tumor stem cell theory has showed a new direction for both basic research and clinical treatment of malignat tumors. In China,the incidence of pri-mary liver cancer is relatively higher,and shows an increasing trend. Recent research shows that there is a special group of tumor cells in the liver cancer cells,which are called? liver cancer stem cells. This new find-ing has changed people's traditional ideas about the etiology,development and treatment of liver cancer. This article will summarizes the concept of stem cells,? the formation of tumor stem cell theory, the biological characteristics of tumor stem cells,the origin of liver cancer stem cells and tumor surface markers.
