肠道菌群与肠道疾病的研究进展

摘要

人体消化道存在大量细菌，肠道菌群调节着人体肠道免疫系统的成熟，其功能状态的改变与人体多种免疫性疾病、代谢性疾病等的发生、发展、转归密不可分，在宿主健康和疾病的发生、发展中起着重要作用。该文总结肠道菌群的研究进展与现状，简介肠道菌群的构成以及生理功能，探讨肠道菌群与肠道疾病的之间的关系。%There are a lot of bacteria in the digestive tract of human, intestinal flora regulates the mature of human intestinal immune system, the functional status of the intestinal flora occur with a variety of human autoimmune diseases, metabolic diseases, etc,it plays an important role in a host of health and disease de-velopment. This paper summarizes the research progress of intestinal flora and status, introduce the composi-tion and physiological functions of the intestinal flora,explore the mechanism of pathogenesis between intesti-nal microflora and intestinal disease.
