自噬与间充质干细胞对肿瘤的影响及相互关系的研究进展

     

摘要

With the development of research on tumor,the role of non-tumor cells and tumor microenvi-ronment in tumor development is being interested by scientists .Autophagy and tumor occurrence, develop-ment,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis are closely linked , enhanced or weakened autophagy has different effects on different types of tumor:either promoting the tumor development or inhibiting the tumor growth . Whether autophagy is regulatable,the mechanism of vesicle formation and the role in the targeted therapy remain to be further studied.In addition,studies on the mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs) showed that,tumor cells released cytokines,enzymes,etc.can induce MSCs migration to primary tumorfoci;at the same time they can interact with the early inflammatory micro environment and tumor microenvironment;MSCs themselves may develop malignant transformation and interact with tumor cells through a variety of signaling pathways , and in different tumors or different conditions can act as promoting tumor cell growth or inhibit its growth , however,the specific mechanism remains unclear.%随着肿瘤研究的逐步深入,非肿瘤细胞及肿瘤微环境在肿瘤发生、发展中的作用正被科研工作者广泛关注。自噬与肿瘤的发生、发展、诊断、治疗以及预后均存在着密切联系,自噬增强或减弱对不同类型的肿瘤也具有不同的作用,或促进肿瘤发展或抑制其生长。而自噬是否可被调节、囊泡的形成机制以及在靶向治疗中的作用仍有待进一步研究。此外对于间充质干细胞( MSCs)研究表明,肿瘤细胞释放的细胞因子、酶类等可诱导MSCs向肿瘤原发灶迁移;同时与早期炎症微环境和肿瘤微环境共同作用还与肿瘤微环境相互作用;MSCs本身可发生恶变,并通过多种信号通路与肿瘤细胞互相作用,在不同的肿瘤或者不同的作用条件下即可表现出促进肿瘤细胞生长的作用,也可抑制其生长,然而具体的机制仍未明确。
