代谢组学技术在儿科学的应用

摘要

代谢组学是将生物体(包括细胞、器官或个体)在不同条件下所产生的小分子代谢产物作为研究对象，是系统生物学研究的终端。作为生命科学研究的有力工具，其研究理念及相关技术已在生理学、诊断学、药理学、毒理学、营养学等多个领域得到应用。随着代谢组学技术的发展，越来越多的研究者将其应用于儿科学的研究。该文就代谢组学在儿科疾病病因探索、诊断、药物监测及儿童保健等方面的研究应用进行综述，探讨该技术在儿科学的应用前景。%Metabonomics is the terminal of systemic biology, with micromolecule metabolites as the research objects which are produced by organisms like cell,organ and individual under different conditions. As a powerful tool of life science research,the ideas and technologies of metabonomics have been applied in physiology,diagnosis,pharmacology,toxicology,nutrition and other fields. With the development of metabo-nomics,it has been more and more used in pediatrics as well. Here is to make a review of the application of metabonomics in pediatrics on etiology,diagnosis,drug monitoring and child healthcare,and explore its fur-ther application.
