术中脑代谢监测研究进展

         

摘要

In craniocerebral injury death population,the incidence of cerebral ischemia and hypoxia is as high as 90%;in craniotomy there are also many factors affecting cerebral metabolism,the occurrence and pro-tection of secondary cerebral ischemia and hypoxia after craniocerebral injury have always been the hot spots of research and discussion. The importance of cerebral metabolic monitoring should not be ignored either in neurosurgery, or anesthesia or intensive care unit. The research on monitoring of intraoperative brain metabolism,can guide neurosurgical anesthesia drug use and understand the drug differences,avoid surgery and anesthesia caused brain damage,reduce the postoperative complications,and provide monitoring guidance for intraoperative cerebral protection;individualized monitoring can reduce the cost,improve the quality of life of the patients for later stage; and explore intraoperative anesthesia management,and strengthen anesthesia quality management.%在颅脑损伤致死的人群中,脑缺血缺氧的发生率高达90%以上;开颅手术也存在很多因素影响脑代谢,颅脑损伤后继发性脑缺血缺氧的发生与保护一直是研究和探讨的热点。脑代谢监测对于脑保护的重要性无论在神经外科、麻醉科还是重症监护室都不容忽视。术中脑代谢监测的研究,可指导颅脑手术麻醉药物的使用,了解用药是否存在差异,避免手术和麻醉引起脑的损伤,减少术后并发症,更为术中脑保护起到监测指导作用;选择个体化有针对性的监测方式,降低费用,提高患者后期生命质量;为探寻术中麻醉管理方式,加强麻醉管理质量起到了指导意义。
