骨髓间充质干细胞移植治疗肝硬化的研究进展

摘要

Liver cirrhosis is the most common pathological outcome of chronic liver disease .Cirrhosis of the liver after decompensation will lead to liver failure .Currently,the most effective method is liver transplan-tation.However,the quality of life of patients is unsatisfactory due to the shortage of donor and a series of transplantation related complications.In this context, the transplantation therapy based on stem cell has become one of the research hot topics at home and abroad ,among which bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell transplantation has certain effect in the treatment of liver cirrhosis .Here reviews the therapeutic methods and principles,status and development prospect of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells transplantation ,so as to provide theoretical basis for its further application .%临床上大多数慢性肝病最终发展为肝硬化。肝硬化进入失代偿后将导致肝功能衰竭，目前最有效的方法是肝移植，但由于供体短缺以及移植后相关的一系列并发症，导致患者生存质量不尽如人意。在此背景下以干细胞为基础的移植疗法成为当前国内外学者研究的热点之一，其中骨髓间充质干细胞移植治疗肝硬化具有一定的效果。现对骨髓间充质干细胞基因移植治疗的原理、治疗方法和治疗现状及其发展前景作一综述，旨在为其进一步应用提供理论依据。
