缺血性脑卒中炎症标志物的研究现状

摘要

目前脑卒中研究的主要病理机制有脑缺血氧自由基损伤，脑细胞能量耗竭，神经细胞内钙超载，兴奋性氨基酸毒性以及炎症反应，以上机制彼此间相互联系。炎症反应参与缺血性脑卒中的发生、发展已得到普遍认同，其反应程度与脑卒中的严重程度及其预后相关。与其相关标志物的检测对研究缺血性脑卒中所致脑损伤具有重要作用，对临床制订预防、诊断、治疗方案具有重要意义。%Recent research demonstrated that the main pathological mechanisms of cerebral infarction include:the damage of oxygen free radical,brain energy depletion,nerve intracellular calcium overload,excit-atory amino acids toxicity,and inflammatory response,above of which are interconnected.As one of the most important pathological mechanisms,inflammatory response plays an important role in the onset and develop-ment of stroke,and the response degree is associated with the severity and prognosis of ischemic stroke .The detection of the related biomarkers is important for the research of ischemic stroke resulted brain injury ,and is of great significance for making the prevention,diagnosis and treatment plan in clinical.
