口服避孕药在青春期多囊卵巢综合征中的应用

摘要

Oral contraceptives( OCs) have been widely used in women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) to control the menstrul cycle,improve symptoms of hyperandrogenism and biochemical indicators. However,patients have doubts on OCs concerning their potential risks of venous thromboembolism , lipid abnormality and breast cancer.Recent study has suggested that PCOS usually have onset in adolescence .Ear-ly diagnosis and treatment may be an effective method to prevent long-term complications.Therefore,applica-tion of OCs in adolescent PCOS has drawn more attention .Here is to make a review of the application of OCs in adolescent PCOS.%口服避孕药（ OCs）因可控制月经周期、改善高雄激素症状及生化指标，故常应用于多囊卵巢综合征（ PCOS）中。然而，其潜在的静脉血栓风险、血脂影响及乳腺癌风险使患者对OCs的应用产生疑虑。目前研究认为，PCOS多起病于青春期，早期诊治可能是防止远期并发症的有效方法。故OCs在青春期PCOS的应用受到关注。该文就OCs在青春期PCOS中的应用予以综述。
