食管支架在恶性食管狭窄治疗中的应用

摘要

Esophageal stenosis includes malignant esophageal stenosis and benign esophageal stenosis . Primary surgical treatment for esophageal stenosis,however,due to the large surgical trauma,high expense, intolerance of some patients,cannot meet the clinical needs.Subsequent esophageal dilation and stent made up for this deficiency,especially the application of esophageal stent is the most extensive.The esophageal stent was initially used for palliative treatment of esophageal cancer and cardiac cancer ,to solve the problem of the patient′s diet,relieve the mental pressure of the patient,improve the quality of life of the patients.With the emergence of various types of esophageal stents,clinicians are trying to use esophageal stents for the con-trol of malignant tumor growth,and have achieved some results.%食管狭窄包括恶性食管狭窄和良性食管狭窄。食管狭窄最初以外科手术治疗为主，但由于手术创伤大、消费高、有的患者无法耐受手术等缺点，不能满足临床需要。随后出现的食管扩张和食管支架弥补了这一缺憾，尤其是食管支架应用最为广泛。食管支架最初用于食管癌及贲门癌的姑息治疗，解决患者的饮食问题，减轻患者的精神压力，改善患者的生活质量。随着各型食管支架的出现，临床医师尝试将食管支架用于控制恶性肿瘤的生长，并取得了一定的成绩。
