METHOD FOR TREATING CICATRICIAL ESOPHAGEAL STENOSES

FIELD: medicine, thoracic surgery.;SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with removing cicatricial esophageal stenoses. At the first stage of therapy it is necessary to apply a gastrostoma followed by bougienage with elastic conic bougies with the help of nasogastric ligature due to successive application of bougies of ascending diameter to achieve its maximal value that exceeds the age standard of esophageal diameter by 8-10 points with possibility to pass through the first physiological narrowing with great difficulty. At the second stage one should fulfill a supporting bougienage of stenosis area only with the help of metal olive at maximal diameter achieved during the first stage. The innovation enables to obtain a stable therapeutic effect being pronounced just during the first stage of therapy, excludes the onset of relapses, trauma of cardiac esophageal department, that of stomach and gastrostoma, being less traumatic that provides the prophylaxis of gastroesophageal reflux.;EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.;1 ex, 2 tbl
