他汀类药物对低密度脂蛋白胆固醇正常的动脉粥样硬化人群的干预作用

摘要

在对动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病的认识过程中，低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（ LDL－C）在动脉粥样硬化进展中扮演关键角色，也是降脂治疗、降低心脑血管事件风险的主要干预靶点。他汀类药物在动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病二级预防中的作用已得到证实，但对于仅有动脉粥样硬化形成、尚未进展到动脉粥样硬化性疾病、LDL－C水平正常的患者，给予他汀类药物治疗是否能延缓甚至逆转斑块进展、改善患者预后，目前尚无明确定论。%Along with the study on atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease ,it′s discovered that low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) plays a key role in the progress of atherosclerosis,and LDL-C is a major intervention target of reducing the risk of cardiovascular events and lipid-lowering therapy.The role of statins in the secondary prevention of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease has been confirmed,but only limited to patients with normal LDL-C level who have atherosclerosis but not atherosclerotic disease yet,whether statins therapy could slow or even reverse the atherosclerotic plaques progression and improve prognosis has not achieved definite conclusion.
