子宫内膜异位症的基因治疗研究进展

摘要

Endometriosis( EMs) is a common benign gynecological disease,which is characterized by the presence of endometrial tissues outside the uterine cavity.However,due to its easy recurrence and metastasis, it′s called "benign cancer",and it is a disease difficult to treat seriously harming women′s health.At pres-ent,the treatments of EMs include surgical and medicine approaches,however,there is no effective treatment to achieve complete cure so far.Gene therapy holds great promise for the treatment of numerous disorders and current studies indicated it can also be applied to EMs.%子宫内膜异位症（ EMs）是一种常见的良性妇科疾病，特点是子宫内膜组织存在于子宫腔外，但因其易复发和转移，故有“良性癌”之称，是一种严重困扰女性的难治之症。目前 EMs的治疗方法包括外科手术和药物，然而迄今为止还无有效的治疗方法达到完全治愈。基因治疗在许多疾病的治疗中有着广阔的研究前景，研究显示基因治疗也可应用于EMs。
