LRRK2基因多态性与帕金森病相关性的研究进展

摘要

Parkinson disease is one of the most common neurological degenerative diseases in the elderly,with the loss of dopaminergic neurons in the substantia nigra and the appearing of inclusion body pro-tein in remaining neurons as the main pathological features.The main clinical manifestations of the disease are static tremor,myotonia,dyskinesia and postural instability.Currently,the pathogenesis of the disease is a hot spot,more and more evidences have shown that genetic factors play an important role in the pathogenesis of Parkinson disease.In recent years,LRRK2 gene is becoming a hot spot in the world.%帕金森病是目前在中老年人群中最常见的神经系统变性疾病之一，以黑质多巴胺能神经元变性缺失和残存神经元中出现蛋白包涵体为主要病理特征，该病以静止性震颤、肌肉强直、动作迟缓以及姿势反射障碍为主要临床表现。该病的发病机制是当前相关研究的热点，越来越多的证据已经表明遗传因素在帕金森病发病机制中起到重要作用。近年来LRRK2基因日益成为全球学者研究的热点。
