One of the important reasons causing prosthetic aseptic looseness after artificial joint replacement is the wear particle induced periprosthesis osteolysis.At present,there are a lot of researches about the mechanism of p 38 mitogen acti-vated protein kinase(p38MAPK)pathway in wear particle induced periprosthesis osteolysis at home and abroad.These stud-ies suggest that p38MAPK signaling pathway plays an important regulatory role in the proliferation and differentiation of osteoclasts,thereby affects the balance of bone metabolism,which eventually lead to increased bone resorption,bone loss around prosthesis,resulting in periprosthetic osteolysis and aseptic loosening.%人工关节置换术后无菌性松动的重要原因之一是磨损颗粒诱导的假体周围骨溶解.目前,国内外关于p38丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(p38MAPK)信号转导通路在磨损颗粒诱导的假体周围骨溶解中作用机制的研究颇多.这些研究表明,p38MAPK信号转导通路在破骨细胞的分化及增殖过程中直接或者间接地发挥了重要的调节作用,通过促进破骨细胞的活化和增殖进而使骨代谢平衡被打破,最终导致骨吸收作用增强,人工关节假体周围骨组织丢失,引起假体周围骨溶解和无菌性松动的发生.
