手术干预式肝衰竭动物模型的研究现状

摘要

Liver failure is a serious disorder syndrome in clinical when there is absolute or relative lack of the liver metabolism function.Liver failure occurs in many severe hepatic diseases,and the prognosis is poor.However,the method of clinical treatment is very limited,and the pathogenesis and treatment methods need further exploration.But in the process of exploration,appropriate animal models of liver failure are needed,The current model of liver failure is generally divided into two categories:the surgical intervention model and the non-surgical intervention model.Here makes a brief review of the present situation of surgical intervention model of liver failure.%肝衰竭是肝脏的各项功能绝对或相对不足导致机体代谢功能发生严重紊乱而出现的临床综合征.肝衰竭发生于许多严重的肝脏疾病过程中,预后不良.而临床常用治疗方法局限性较大,需不断对其发病机制、治疗方法等进行探索.但探索过程中离不开合适的动物模型,目前肝衰竭动物模型通过制作方式大致可分为手术干预式动物模型和非手术干预式动物模型.非手术干预式动物模型多采用肝损害药物等导致实验动物出现肝衰竭.该文主要讨论通过手术干预导致实验动物出现肝衰竭的动物模型.
