中医药治疗乙型肝炎病毒相关性肾炎的研究进展

摘要

乙型肝炎病毒相关性肾炎(HBV-GN)是一种常见的继发性肾炎,其致病机制尚不明确,现代医学对其亦暂无统一、公认的治疗方案或指南.近年来,随着祖国医学的发展,中医药对HBV-GN的治疗优势被逐渐挖掘.不同的中医学家对该病的病因病机认识迥异,在治疗方法上也各有不同.HBV-GN既可辨证施治,又可根据病情进展的动态演变进行分期论治.另外,目前中医药的治疗选择多种多样,如经方、专方、中成药以及中药提取物等.未来深入研究中医药治疗HBV-GN的具体作用机制及进行更多高质量的随机对照研究,将为临床推广使用提供可靠依据.%Hepatitis B virus associated glomerulonephritis(HBV-GN) is a common secondary nephritis.Its pathogenesis is not clear and there is no recognized guideline for the treatment of HBV-GN in western medicine.With the development of Chinese medicine in recent years,the advantages of Chinese medicine in treating HBV-GN have been gradually discovered.Different doctors hold different views on treatment options according to their different understanding of Chinese etiology and pathogenesis of HBV-GN.HBV-GN can be treated based on differentiation of symptoms and signs or by stages judging according to the dynamic evolution.Besides,the choice of drugs is also varied,such as classical prescription,special prescription,Chinese patent medicine and Chinese medicine extracts etc.In the future,the intensive study of the mechanism of Chinese medicine treatment for HBV-GN and more high-quality randomized controlled tests will provide a reliable basis for the clinical promotion.
