体外受精-胚胎移植后自然流产的病因研究

摘要

In vitro fertilization-embryo transfer ( IVF-ET) has become an important means for the treatment of infertile patients.With the development of assisted reproductive technology ,the clinical pregnancy rate has increased significantly , but the spontaneous abortion rate has not yet declined .For infertile patients receiving IVF-ET treatment , it′s not only to obtain pregnancy ,the main purpose is to give birth to healthy newborns ,but there is a higher spontaneous abortion rate after IVF-ET pregnancy ,which has also become a difficult problem for the clinicians .The cause of spontaneous abortion after IVF-ET pregnancy is complex .Therefore ,the cause of spontaneous abortion after IVF-ET pregnancy is explored ,so that the targeted prevention and treatment measures can be used to achieve the goal of improving the live birth rate of IVF .It is an issue that needs to be solved in the field of assisted reproductive research .%体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)已成为治疗不孕症患者的重要手段,随着辅助生殖技术的发展,IVF治疗后的临床妊娠率明显提升,但自然流产率仍未下降.对于接受IVF-ET治疗的不孕症患者不仅要获得妊娠,最主要的目的是能够孕育健康新生儿,但是目前IVF-ET妊娠后存在较高的自然流产率,这也成为困扰临床医师的难题.IVF-ET妊娠后自然流产的病因复杂,因此探讨IVF-ET助孕妊娠后自然流产的病因,从而针对性采取预防和治疗措施,达到提高IVF活产率的目的,是辅助生殖领域研究需深入解决的问题.
