Titanium implants are widely used in the field of oral planting in clinical with the advantages of aesthetics comfortable,no damage to adjacent teeth,prominent effects and high success rate.However,there are still some defects such as the failure of osseointegration,bone absorption around the implant and peri-implant infection after implantation,all of which restrict the further development of the clinical application and popularity of titanium implants.In order to obtain more reliable osseointegration and ensure the long-term stability of implants,scholars prepare a variety of surface coatings to enhance osseointegration ability by physicochemical coating(hydroxyapatite,polypyrrole coating)and bioactive coatings (biopeptide coating,chitosan active coating,etc.),reducing the risk of implantation failures.%钛种植体因美观舒适、不损伤邻牙、临床效果显著、成功率较高等优点广泛用于口腔种植领域.但有部分种植体在植入牙槽骨后,存在骨结合失败、种植体周围骨吸收、种植体周围炎等问题,限制了钛种植体在临床的进一步应用与普及.为了获得更为可靠的骨结合,保障种植体的长期稳定性,学者们通过多种纯钛表面处理技术,在钛种植体表面制得不同理化涂层(羟基磷灰石涂层、聚吡咯涂层等)和生物活性涂层(生物肽活性涂层、壳聚糖活性涂层等),以增强骨结合能力,降低种植失败的风险.
