Objective To investigate effects of care services after artificial abortion on psychology and timely contraception in unmarried females. Methods A total of 90 unmarried females with artificial abortion admitted during June 2014 and June 2016 were divided into control group and observation group ( n=45 for each group ) according to whether or not having care services. Control group was treated with conventional services for artificial abortion, while ob-servation group was treated with care services after artificial abortion. Mental health, awareness of contraceptive knowl-edge and promptly contraceptive effect were compared in two groups. Results Self-rating anxiety scale ( SAS) and self-rating depression scale ( SDS) scores after surgery were significantly low than those before surgery in two groups, and the postoperative scores in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0. 05). Awareness ex-cellent and good rate of contraceptive knowledge and implementation rate of timely contraception after surgery in observa-tion group were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0. 05). Conclusion Care services after artificial a-bortion for unmarried females can improve conditions of mental health and awareness of contraceptive knowledge so as to improve the effect of timely contraception.%目的 探讨人工流产术后关爱服务对未婚妊娠女性心理及术后及时避孕效果的影响.方法 选取陆军总医院263临床部2014年6月—2016年6月收治的接受人工流产术的未婚女性90例,按是否给予术后关爱服务分为对照组与观察组,每组45例.对照组给予常规人工流产服务,观察组给予流产后关爱服务.比较2组心理健康、避孕知识认知度、及时避孕效果.结果 2组术后焦虑自评量表及抑郁自评量表评分低于术前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05).观察组术后避孕知识认知度优良率和及时避孕落实率高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 对接受人工流产术的未婚女性实施术后关爱服务能够改善其心理健康的情况,提高对避孕知识的认知度,从而提高及时避孕效果.
