再生障碍性贫血患者Treg细胞及血清IL-10、IL-35、TGF-β的表达及意义

摘要

Objective To investigate expressions and significances of Treg cell and serum interleukin-10 (IL-10),IL-35 and transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β) of patients with aplastic anemia (AA).Methods A total of 40 AA patients admitted during January 2014 and February 2016 were selected as aregeneratory group,other 40 AA patients with recovery hemocytogenesis were chosen as AA recovery group,and other 40 healthy person taking medical examination at the same period were chosen as normal group.Expression conditions of T-lymphocytes and related factors IL-10,IL-35 and TGF-β in peripheral blood were observed in three groups.Results Contents of CD4 + and Treg cell in aregeneratory group were less than those in recovery and normal groups (P ＜ 0.05),and the contents in recovery group were less than those in normal group (P ＜ 0.05).CD8 + cell content in aregeneratory group was more than that in recovery and normal groups (P ＜ 0.05),and CD8 + cell content in recovery group was more than that in normal group (P ＜0.05).IL-10,IL-35 and TGF-β expression levels in aregeneratory group were lower than those in recovery and normal groups (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Treg cell and its correlation factors IL-10,IL-35 and TGF-β may directly participate in pathogenesy and development of AA,and they play important role in AA pathogenesy,and can be seen as indexes for detecting clinic effect of AA patients.%目的 研究再生障碍性贫血(aplastic anemia,AA)患者调节性T细胞(Treg细胞)及血清白介素-10(IL-10)、IL-35、转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)的表达及意义.方法 选取2014年1月-2016年2月收治的40例AA患者为再生障碍组,40例造血恢复的AA患者为造血恢复组,另选取同时期40例体检的正常人为正常组.观察3组被检者外周血T淋巴细胞与其相关因子IL-10、IL-35、TGF-β表达情况.结果 再生障碍组CD4+、Treg细胞含量低于造血恢复组与正常组(P＜0.05),造血恢复组低于正常组(P＜0.05).再生障碍组CD8+细胞含量高于造血恢复组与正常组(P＜0.05),造血恢复组高于正常组(P＜0.05).再生障碍组血清IL-10、IL-35和TGF-β水平低于造血恢复组与正常组(P＜0.05).结论 Treg细胞及其相关因子IL-10、IL-35、TGF-β可能直接参与AA的发生和发展,在AA发病机制中起着重要作用,可作为检测AA临床疗效的指标.
