目的 探讨全程护理干预对中青年肺结核患者遵医行为和生活质量的影响.方法 将84例中青年肺结核患者,随机分为实验组(42例)和对照组(42例),两组均给予对症支持治疗和常规护理,实验组在对症支持治疗和常规护理的基础上,给予全程护理干预,两组患者在出院后1、3、6个月分别进行电话回访1次.在出院后6个月时分别进行遵医行为和生活质量问卷调查(SF-36),观察对比两组患者在遵医行为和生活质量评分有无差异性.结果 两组患者在干预前后社会功能无明显差异性(P＞0.05),实验组在遵医行为、角色功能、情绪功能、躯体功能以及总体生活质量等方面明显高于对照组,具有显著性差异(P＜0.05).结论 对中青年肺结核患者进行完善的健康宣教、加强心理指导和出院指导等全程护理干预,从疾病、心理、社会等多个方面,进行多元化、预见性护理,能有效从心理和生理两方面促进患者的康复,提高患者的依从性和生活质量,对患者的治疗具有积极的促进作用,可取得较好的经济效益和社会效益.%Objective To probe into the effects of the entire-process systematic nursing intervention on the doctors advice abiding and the life quality of the young and middle-aged tuberculosis patients. Methods A total of 84 young and middle-aged young and middle-aged tuberculosis patients, whose sputum tests were positive, were randomly divided onto test and control groups. Both groups were given specific treatment and routine nursing. On top of specific treatment and routine nursing, the test group was given systematic health education and psychological nursing. The patients in both groups were interviewed by telephone one month, three months and six months after they left our hospital. Six months after the patients left the hospital, we used the Short Form (36) Health Survey to observe the differences between the two groups in their doctors' advice abiding and life quality. Results The statistical analysis showed that there are remarkable differences between the two groups in their doctors' advice abiding and life quality(P＜0. 01,P＜0. 05). Conclusion Clinical findings showed that the entire-process nursing intervention methods such as complete health education, strengthened psychological guidance and post-discharge follow-up and the diverse and predictive nursing in terms of disease, psychology and society can promote their mental and physiological recovery, improve their life quality, and play an active role in their treatment, thus bringing about considerable economic and social benefits.
