对社区高血压患者实施健康教育的效果评价

摘要

Objective To explore the application to pick: health education means to control the feasibility of senile hypertension. Methods select leshan center municipal district QingGuo mountain community of 286 cases of patients with high blood pressure over 60 years old, take prospective study way, carrying out health education measures to observe the effect of the elderly control hypertension. Result The results show that the health education for the elderly observation with essential hypertension is through the "knowledge-faith-behavior" this model, the health at work in the education of the object should take the difference, in order to achieve a better way of effect. Conclusion through the education of behavior change before and after the mean value and high blood pressure, reduce health education mode control application that older hypertension is practical and feasible.%目的 探讨应用健康教育方式控制老年性高血压病的可行性.方法 选取乐山市市中区青果山社区的286例60岁以上高血压患者,采取前瞻性研究方式,观察实施健康教育措施对控制老年高血压病的效果.结果 观察表明健康教育对老年高血压病患者是通过“知识-信念-行为”这一模式发生作用的,对健康教育的对象应采取差异性的方式,以达到更好的效果.结论 通过教育前后的行为改变和高血压均值的降低,说明应用健康教育方式控制老年高血压病是切实可行的.
