Objective To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of surgical treatment on gastric cancer and the factors influencing its prognosis. Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data was made among 222 cases of gastric cancer receiving surgery in our hospital from 2000 to 2009. The clinical data included the general conditions, clinical manifestation, size of tumor, location of tumor, surgery methods,stage of tumor,and postoperative complications. The therapeutic efficacy was discussed,and Cox - regression model was used to discover the factors influencing the prognosis. Results Survival rate of 1,3, and 5 y after the surgical treatment were respectively 82. 0% ,45. 0% , and 33. 3%. Factors influencing patients' life span were mainly TNM staging, surgery methods, and postoperative complications. Conclusion Early diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer is the key to improve the survival rate of the patients. TNM staging,surgery methods,and postoperative complications are the main factors influencing the prognosis of those patients.%目的 探讨胃癌手术治疗效果及预后影响因素.方法 回顾性分析我院2000～2009年在我院就诊并行手术治疗的222例胃癌患者临床资料,包括一般情况、临床表现、肿瘤大小、肿瘤部位、手术方式、肿瘤分期、术后并发症等,探讨治疗效果,并应用Cox回归模型分析预后影响因素.结果 1、3、5年生存率分别为:82.0%,45.0%,33.3%;影响患者生存期的主要因素是TNM分期、手术方式及术后并发症.结论 胃癌的早期诊治是提高胃癌患者生存率的关键;肿瘤TNM分期、手术方式及术后并发症是影响胃癌患者预后的主要因素.
