小鼠深二度烫伤创面愈合过程中血清内源性表皮生长因子含量变化及其意义

     

摘要

Objective:To understand the content change and its signification of endogenous epidermal growth factor(EGF)in plasma during wound healing of deep second degree scald.Methods:R adioimmunoassay was employed to dynamically detect EGF content in plasma of mous e with or without excision of submaxillary gland during wound healing of deep se cond degree scald.Results:The plasma EGF contents (0.632±0.015 μg*L-1) of group A (with submaxillary gland)pro-scald wer e higher than those of group B(excision of submaxillary gland)(0.533±0.010 μg *L-1).In group A,EGF content reachend the highest value(1.000 ±0.113 μ g*L-1)on the 1st day post-injury,then it gradually decreased and recov ered pro-injury value (0.620±0.022 μg*L-1)on the 10th day opst-injury( P>0.05).There was not any regular pattern in group B,but its EGF contents of every time points were lower than those in group A obviously(P<0.01).Conclusion:Endocrine mechanism might exist in accelerating healing of deep second degree scald wound by endogenous EGF.%目的:了解烫伤创面愈合过程中血清内源性表皮生 长 因子(EGF)含量变化及其意义。方法:采用放射免疫法动 态检测摘除与不摘除颌下腺小鼠深二度烫伤创面愈合中血清EGF含量。 结果:保留颌下腺小鼠(A组)伤前血清EGF含量(0.632±0.015 μg*L -1)较摘除颌下腺者(B组)(0.533±0.010 μg*L-1)高(P<0.01);A组 伤后1 d其血清含量即达1.000 ±0.113 μg*L-1的最高值,尔后逐渐降低,并于伤 后10 d恢复至伤前水平(0.620±0.022 μg*L-1)(P>0.05);B组伤后血清EGF 含量 变化无规律,各时间点血清含量均显著低于A组(P<0.01)。结论:内源性EGF在促进小鼠深二度创面愈合中可能存在内分泌作用机制。
