目的:了解西部战区某部队官兵卫生习惯和传染病防护知识的掌握情况,以便针对性地采取健康宣教措施,有效预防和控制传染病的发生.方法:自行设计问卷调查表,调查558名部队官兵卫生习惯和传染病防护知识的掌握情况,用SPSS 16.0统计学软件进行分析.结果:大多数部队官兵具备良好的卫生习惯,其中勤洗手比例最高,达76.5％,其次是勤洗澡,占68.9％,勤剪指甲、经常开窗通气、饭后刷牙、接种疫苗的比例分别占63.1％、57.8％、45.2％、32.9％.但仍有相当一部分官兵具有不良卫生习惯,其中经常喝生水、食垃圾食品和随地吐痰的比例分别为24.9％、24.1％和17.9％.官兵传染病防护知识掌握程度普遍较低,了解少、基本了解和熟悉的比例分别是74.9％、21.1％、3.9％.其中干部和士官之间及城镇户口和农村户口之间在传染病防护知识的掌握方面存在显著性差异(P＜0.01).官兵了解健康防病知识的渠道主要是报刊杂志.结论:西部战区某部队官兵传染病防护知识欠缺,需要有针对性地加强健康宣教,提高其卫生防疫防护能力.%Objective:To invetigate civilized health habit and protection knowledge of infectious diseases in troops of western theater command,and to provide health educational guidance to prevent and control the outbreak of infectious diseases.Methods..A total of 558 officers and soldiers were investigated by self-made questionnaire,their civilized health habit and protection knowledge of infectious diseases were analyzed with SPSS 16.0 software.Results:Most officers and soldiers had good health habit.The percent of often washing hand was highest,76.5％.The percents of often having a bath,trimming the nails,openning windows,brushing teeth after a meal and vaccination were 68.9％,63.1％,57.8％,45.2％ and 32.9％,respectively.However,there were still partial officers and soldiers having bad habit,such as drinking unboiled water,eating unhealthiness food and spitting everywhere,and the percents were 24.9％,24.1％ and 17.9％,respectively.Officers and soldiers were short of protection knowledge of infectious diseases.The percent of seldom known,partialy known and intimately known were 74.9％,21.1％ and 3.9％,respectively.There were significant differences in known degree among officers and soldiers,cityman and countryman (P ＜0.01).The main route of knowing health knowledge was from newspaper and magazine.Conclusion:The officers and soldiers are short of protection knowledge about infectious diseases.It need to be strengthen health educational guidance about infectious disease in order to improve their ability of health protection.
