陈渭良伤科油外敷穴位联合振动排痰对重症肺炎疗效的临床观察

摘要

目的：观察陈渭良伤科油外敷穴位联合振动排痰机排痰对重症肺炎患者的疗效。方法选取96例重症肺炎患者，随机分为3组：治疗组32例，在经典重症肺炎治疗的基础上给予陈渭良伤科油外敷穴位及振动排痰机排痰治疗；振动排痰组31例，在经典重症肺炎治疗的基础上给予振动排痰机排痰治疗；空白对照组33例，予经典重症肺炎治疗。连续治疗1周后，观察三组白细胞总数（ WBC ）、中性粒细胞比例（ NEUT％）、降钙素原值（ PCT ）、氧合指数（ PaO2／FiO2）的变化，比较三组的临床效果。结果治疗组的总有效率明显高于振动排痰组和空白组，而振动排痰组的总有效率较空白对照组高，均有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论陈渭良伤科油外敷穴位联合振动排痰能促重症肺炎患者的肺部炎症吸收，改善肺功能及患者预后，提高治疗效果，使用安全方便，值得在临床上推广应用。%Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of point application with ChenweiliangShangke You and vibration sputum elimination in patients with severe pneumonia .Methods Select 96 cases of patients with severe pneumonia ,random-Ly divided into 3 group:32 cases in the treatment group ,treated with point application with ChenweiliangShangke You and vi-bration sputum elimination in the classical treatment of severe pneumonia;31 cases in the vibration sputum elimination group , treated with vibration sputum elimination in the classical treatment of severe pneumonia ;33 cases in control group , treated with the classical treatment of severe pneumonia .After 1 weeks of continuous treatment ,observed the changes of white blood cell count(WBC),neutrophil percentage of cells (NEUT%),procalcitonin (PCT),oxygenation index(PaO2/FiO2)in there groups,compared the clinical effect of there groups .Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than the vibration sputum elimination group and control group ,the total effective rate ofthe vibration sputum group was higher than control group .These were statistically significant ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusion Pointapplication of ChenweiliangS-hangke You and vibration sputum elimination can promote the absorption of inflammation in the lungs of patients with severe pneumonia ,improve pulmonary function and the prognosis of patients ,improve the treatment effect ,it was safe and convenient and worth popularizing and applying on clinic.
